I want to purchase a product and send it to someone else as a gift, can I do that?
Yes, simply place your order at the checkout and include both the billing and delivery address details.
Note: if you wish to purchase identical products for yourself and a friend… please do this on separate orders as each order can only have one delivery address.
What does shopping made easy mean?
It means you can shop any time of day, weekends or weekdays using our online shopping cart and checkout. Your order will be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. (Note: Our office and distribution centre is open 9am – 5pm, Mon – Friday, excluding public holidays).
What about delivery fees?
We ship almost all of our products with free shipping - Australia Wide! So, when you see the 'FREE Shipping Australia Wide' logo next to your chosen product you know we will ship it to you at no extra charge.
Note: Some store items such as ethanol fireplace fuel must be shipped as hazardous goods. As a result, independent shipping fees are charged on these items. When shipping fees do apply to a particular product, we will advise you of the shipping rates for your order quantity and shipping region within Australia.
Can I pay by Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit?
Yes you can. Just follow the instructions at the time of checkout. Note: manual forms of payment like Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Deposits will incur a small delay until your payment is cleared through the banking process. Once payment is cleared, your order will be on its way to you.
How soon will my order ship?
That’s Living aims to deliver in a prompt and timely manner. We normally dispatch orders from our distribution centre within 2 working days from the placement of order.
Can I ship to an address outside Australia?
Please contact our office for all deliveries outside of Australia to confirm overseas freight costs. Please also note that some products available on this site, may not be suitable for use outside Australia. (ie, Voltage or clylinder connection size etc).
